Families must be able to demonstrate need for services/resources at Rooted (Personal Care Pantry, Clothing Ministry, Emergency Financial Assistance Program). Rooted clients will need to provide information on all resources or benefits that the individual and/or family are currently receiving or have received within the last 60 days—for example SNAP, TANF, unemployment, SSDI, Rental and/or utility assistance and what organization provided assistance, etc.

Emergency Financial Assistance Program (EFA)

Small (generally under $100), short-term emergency financial assistance is available through Rooted for women and/or families who find themselves in crisis situations. This program is intended only for women and/or families who are struggling or experiencing hardships. Through this program women and/or families are provided with immediate financial relief for their current crisis. Financial assistance is given to women and/or families who are able to successfully demonstrate a need. Emergency financial request will be considered based upon each individual/family situation and the funds available.

We are also able at times to help families obtain gently used furniture and appliances through community donations.

To determine availability for emergency financial assistance please call 580.716.5432 to make an appointment.
